Terms of Use
TechE.Works is part of Svastir Ventures, Singapore. These terms cover the public website and its enquiry interfaces. The entity named in your accepted quotation or service agreement is your contracting party.
Website use and service agreements
Use this website lawfully and submit only information you are entitled to share. Do not disrupt systems, impersonate others, distribute malware, attempt unauthorised access or extract information at a harmful scale. Access may be restricted where necessary to protect the service or other users.
Website descriptions, examples, starting prices and forms are information and invitations to discuss your needs. They do not by themselves create an order, service-level agreement, warranty or acceptance of work. An accepted written agreement defines the service scope, responsibilities, fees, support, recovery, termination and any service-specific commitments.
Content and intellectual property
TechE names, original content, diagrams and materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party names, applications and materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable licences. Referencing an application or framework does not imply its owner endorses TechE. Do not copy or redistribute protected material without permission or another lawful basis.
Availability, reliance and responsibility
We aim to keep information useful and accurate, but examples and estimates may change and the website may be unavailable or contain errors. Check the current written offer before making a purchase or business decision. Website information is not legal, tax, accounting, medical or investment advice. No exclusion in these terms limits liability or rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.
Links to external websites do not make TechE responsible for those sites. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. Contractual liability, warranties and remedies for paid services are set out in the applicable service agreement, rather than inferred from this website.
Applicable law and disputes
These website terms are governed by Singapore law, subject to mandatory protections that apply in your jurisdiction. Singapore courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction over website disputes. This does not prevent you from using a court, regulator or remedy available under mandatory law. A signed service agreement may state different governing terms for that service.
Changes and contact
The edition date identifies the current website terms. Material changes will be reflected here; they do not retrospectively change an existing service agreement. Contact office@svastir.ventures with questions.
Privacy Notice
Who is responsible
TechE.Works is part of Svastir Ventures, Singapore. Svastir Ventures is responsible for personal information used to operate this public website and handle its business enquiries. For customer-hosted or managed systems, our role may instead be processor, service provider or data intermediary under the customer’s instructions and contract. Send privacy questions to office@svastir.ventures.
Information and purposes
Enquiry details: your name, work contact information, company, role, selected service, message and meeting preferences, supplied by you or your authorised representative, to respond and arrange the requested service.
Relationship records: correspondence, agreements, billing references and support records, when a business relationship is established, to administer that relationship and meet applicable obligations.
Technical information: connection and browser information, security events and necessary logs, where collected by the hosting service, to operate, troubleshoot and protect the website.
Browser preferences and draft form information: region selection, navigation context and temporary drafts, as described in the browser-storage section.
Optional communications: contact details and communication choices, where you separately choose to receive updates.
Required form fields are identified in the interface. Without information needed to handle a request, we may be unable to respond or provide the requested service. Do not put patient records, passwords, identity-document copies, payment-card details or other sensitive records in a general enquiry.
Grounds for processing
Where GDPR or UK data-protection rules apply, the relevant grounds may include steps requested before a contract or performance of a contract with you; legitimate interests in responding to business contacts, administering business relationships and securing the service after considering individual rights; legal obligations; and consent for activities that require it. Consent to optional marketing is separate from a service request and can be withdrawn. Other jurisdictions’ applicable grounds and notice requirements also apply.
Recipients and overseas processing
Access is limited to people and service providers who need information for the stated purpose, including authorised staff and relevant hosting, communications, support, scheduling, billing or CRM providers when connected. Information may also be disclosed where law requires it or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Customer-service providers and locations are identified in the applicable processing schedule. International transfers require the applicable safeguards described below.
Retention
Enquiries and correspondence are kept while needed to respond, maintain the relationship or address a related issue. Contract and billing records are retained for applicable accounting, tax and legal requirements. Security logs are retained according to their protective purpose and investigation needs. Records are deleted or de-identified when those purposes end, subject to lawful holds and applicable requirements. Browser draft behaviour is described separately; local storage is not a server retention schedule. Contact us for the period or criteria applicable to your record or service.
Your choices and sensitive uses
Use the Data Rights section to request access, correction, deletion or another applicable right, withdraw consent, object or raise a complaint. We verify identity proportionately and explain any applicable exception. The website is directed to business users and is not designed for children. If you believe a child has supplied information, contact us so it can be assessed and handled appropriately.
This public enquiry website is not a system for making solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals. Customer AI deployments require their own assessment of data, human oversight, notices and applicable obligations. Optional marketing permission is not a condition of receiving a response to a service enquiry.
Cookies & Browser Storage
This website’s current code uses browser storage for region preference, enquiry navigation context and form drafts. Local storage remembers the region until it is changed or cleared. Session storage holds enquiry context and temporary drafts in the browser tab; saved drafts are restored only if less than one hour old. Closing a tab normally ends its session storage, although browser session restoration can retain it.
The current website build does not load advertising pixels or third-party analytics tags. If optional analytics, marketing or other non-essential technologies are introduced, the relevant notice and consent or opt-out controls must be provided before they are used where required. Necessary service or security storage is assessed separately under applicable law.
You can change the region through the header control or clear this site’s data in your browser. Clearing storage can remove preferences and unfinished enquiry drafts. External sites you choose to visit, such as LinkedIn, manage their own cookies and notices. Do not assume a browser preference controls a separate third-party website.
Data Rights
Privacy and data-rights requests
Use this surface to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or another applicable privacy right. Requests remain subject to applicable law and appropriate identity verification.
Request
Contact TechE
Send the request from an address TechE can use to verify the relationship and identify the relevant records.
Applicable rights depend on where you are, the processing activity and whether the relevant law applies. Contact office@svastir.ventures; you do not need to know a law’s name to ask for help. We respond within the applicable statutory period, notify you of a permitted extension when needed, and explain restrictions or review routes.
Singapore
Where Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act applies, relevant protections include notification of purposes, appropriate consent or an applicable exception, access and correction, withdrawal of consent, protection, retention limitation and safeguards for overseas transfers. You may raise a concern with us or the Singapore Personal Data Protection Commission.
European Economic Area and United Kingdom
Where applicable, GDPR and UK data-protection rights include access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may object to direct marketing and raise concerns about qualifying automated decisions. You may complain to your competent supervisory authority, including the UK Information Commissioner where relevant; contacting us first does not remove that right.
United States
Where applicable state privacy laws, including the California CCPA as amended by the CPRA, apply, rights can include knowing or accessing information, correction, deletion, opting out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising, limiting certain sensitive-information uses and non-discrimination for exercising rights. Authorised-agent and appeal procedures apply where the relevant law requires them. The current public website has no advertising or data-sale integration; before introducing such processing, any required disclosures and opt-out mechanisms, including recognition of applicable Global Privacy Control signals, must be implemented.
India and other jurisdictions
India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act and Rules apply according to their scope and staged commencement. Applicable notice, consent, rights, grievance and security requirements must be assessed for the activity and date concerned. Other countries, including Australia and the UAE and relevant free zones, can impose additional rules. A global service offering does not make every law apply to every transaction; mandatory local rights are not waived by these website terms.
Customer Data & International Transfers
Agree the processing before deployment
Where TechE processes personal information for a customer, the parties must establish their roles and sign the required data-processing terms before that processing begins. The schedule should identify instructions, purpose, duration, data and people covered, locations, confidentiality, security measures, subprocessors, rights assistance, incidents, audit arrangements and return or deletion at the end of the service.
The customer remains responsible for its lawful collection and instructions, required notices, authorised users and business decisions. TechE’s responsibilities depend on its actual role and the applicable law and agreement. This notice is not a signed data-processing agreement and does not replace mandatory processor obligations.
Locations, subprocessors and transfers
A service’s approved hosting region does not automatically describe every support, backup or subprocessor location. These must be checked in the agreed service schedule. Where required, that schedule must address authorisation of subprocessors, changes and the customer’s applicable objection rights.
Restricted transfers require a valid mechanism and any required assessment or additional measures: for example EU adequacy or applicable Standard Contractual Clauses, an appropriate UK transfer mechanism, and protection comparable to Singapore PDPA requirements. A contract label or choice of cloud region alone does not establish compliance. Ask for the provider and location schedule applicable to your proposed service.
Sub-processors
Service-provider disclosures
Service-provider and sub-processor scope can vary by service, region, and deployment. Contact TechE for the current disclosures applicable to a proposed or active service.
Scope
Applicable provider list
Provider disclosures should reflect the services and processing scope actually applicable to the customer or public workflow.
HIPAA is relevant to specified US healthcare entities and their business associates; it is not a general certification for every technology business. A service that creates, receives, maintains or transmits protected health information on behalf of a covered entity or business associate may require a compliant Business Associate Agreement and appropriate safeguards.
Do not submit protected health information through this public website, general enquiry forms, demos or unapproved AI tools. Before a healthcare deployment handles such data, the service scope, roles, BAA where required, authorised providers, access controls, logging, retention, incident reporting and recovery responsibilities must be agreed and implemented.
Encryption or use of a private cloud does not by itself settle HIPAA responsibilities. This website makes no blanket claim that TechE, every product, or every deployment is HIPAA compliant. The applicable service agreement and evidence define the supported scope.
AI Use & Human Review
AI can produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased or fabricated material. Examples of research, drafting, financial analysis and agreement preparation describe assistance, not a guarantee of correctness or a replacement for a qualified professional. The comparison to PhDs, MBAs, accountants or legal experts describes a range of AI-assisted tasks, not access to credentialed people or regulated professional services.
People must check sources, figures, rights, suitability and important decisions before relying on an output. Customers must not use an unapproved system for medical diagnosis, legal determinations, employment, credit or other high-impact decisions without the required assessment, safeguards and qualified oversight.
Before sending customer or confidential information to an AI provider, agree authorised tools, information access, processing locations, retention, training use and human approvals. A private desktop does not mean every connected AI service is private or keeps data locally. Whether information may be used to train or improve a provider’s models must be determined from the selected service’s contract and configuration.
Outputs may not be unique or eligible for exclusive rights. Third-party model and application terms apply. Do not assume a general AI deployment satisfies sector-specific rules or applicable AI legislation; those obligations depend on the role, use case and jurisdiction.
Security Standards & Assurance
Security requirements are defined for the workload, data, users and operating model. Depending on scope, they may address least-privilege access, authentication, encryption, updates, logging, backup and restore testing, incident response and supplier risk. Actual controls and evidence must be established for the specific service.
NIST, ISO and SOC
NIST Cybersecurity Framework 2.0 provides a structure for managing cybersecurity risk through Govern, Identify, Protect, Detect, Respond and Recover. Referencing NIST does not certify a service or prove implementation. NIST AI RMF can similarly inform an agreed AI risk assessment.
ISO/IEC 27001 concerns an information-security management system with a defined scope. SOC 2 is an independent examination and report on specified controls and scope. This website does not assert that TechE holds an ISO certificate or SOC report. Any assurance claim must identify current evidence, scope and relevant period; a supplier’s assurance does not automatically cover TechE or a customer deployment.
Incidents and payment security
Security concerns can be reported using the Security Reporting section. Where a personal-data breach occurs, assessment, cooperation and notification responsibilities follow applicable law and the service agreement. Reporting a vulnerability does not authorise access to other people’s data or disruptive testing.
Do not send card numbers or security codes in enquiries or email. Any enabled card payment must use the approved payment flow. Outsourced processing does not remove applicable merchant or service-provider PCI DSS responsibilities. No card-processing certification is asserted by this website.
Global Service, Billing & Trials
TechE.Works serves customers globally as part of Svastir Ventures, Singapore. Services are invoiced directly unless the accepted agreement identifies a local contracting or billing entity or an authorised local agent. The presence of local resources does not by itself change the contracting party or authorise a different payment recipient.
Currency and invoices
Supported invoice and payment currencies are USD, SGD, EUR, GBP, AED and AUD. The quotation and invoice specify the agreed currency, billing entity and authorised payment instructions. Website amounts shown with a dollar sign are USD unless explicitly stated otherwise. Amounts in different currencies are not interchangeable; any conversion, bank charges and applicable taxes must be stated or agreed before payment.
WorkDesk and consultations
The published WorkDesk starting price is USD 500 per month per user. The 30-day free trial requires a USD 500 deposit, credited toward subscription charges. No automatic refund promise is made here; cancellation, any refund eligibility, credit treatment, renewal, taxes and final included scope must be disclosed in the accepted offer before a deposit is collected.
The published introductory Chief Architect consultation is USD 100 for 60 minutes. A discussion or demo described as free does not itself commit either party to paid work. Assessment and implementation scope and fees are agreed before work begins.
A completed enquiry is not proof of a booked appointment, active subscription or payment. Wait for the relevant confirmation. Do not pay an agent or alternate bank account unless its authority and instructions are confirmed through the agreed business channel.
